Refunds
We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if we have not met your expectations, you may request a refund by emailing info@lahoregiftshub.com with:
Subject line: "Refund Request"
Order reference number
Reason for the request along with clear images of the item(s) in question
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Delivery charges, in case items were not delivered according to selected time delivery slot. (Products must be returned if already delivered)
- Delivery was delayed beyond the stated delivery day for that product. (Products must be returned if already delivered)
- The item was delivered in a damaged condition.
Important Notes:
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Refunds do not apply to sale or discounted items.
- If the product is genuinely faulty, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund.
- Approved refunds take approximately 6 to 7 business days to process. The credited amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Non-perishable items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Perishable goods (e.g., cakes, fruits, flowers) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Once approved, we will provide further instructions via email.
